Non-ND Student Programs

The University of Notre Dame invites exceptional undergraduate students, both domestic and international, enrolled in universities in the U.S. or around the world, to study abroad through one of our summer programs. Studying abroad through Notre Dame will allow non-ND students to take advantage of our state-of-the-art global education programs while earning Notre Dame credits.

Non-ND students participating in our summer study abroad programs will be enrolled as full-time, visiting, non-degree undergraduate students at ND and will receive an official Notre Dame transcript upon completion of the program. However, credit transfer will be determined by each student’s home institution.

Studying abroad through the University of Notre Dame offers a number of exciting academic and co-curricular opportunities. Depending on the program, non-Notre Dame students will have the opportunity to take advantage of numerous courses and academic programs, as well as participate in research, internships, and community engagement abroad. For detailed information on each program’s academic and co-curricular opportunities, please click on the program links below.
