Located near the heart of Nairobi’s CBD, Strathmore University (SU) offers students an unparalleled opportunity to study in Kenya’s capital city. This program offers opportunities for students from many different academic backgrounds and can accommodate students in Arts and Letters, Keough, and Mendoza. As an exchange student, Notre Dame students have the opportunity to study and live directly with their peers at SU. Students will attend classes at Strathmore and live with both local and fellow international students.
Nairobi is Kenya’s main hub for business and culture and is home to Kenyan Parliament Buildings and thousands of different local and international businesses. However, in addition to the bustling CBD area, Nairobi has been dubbed the “Green City in the Sun” based on the city’s many parks, open spaces, and warm climate.
