2026 Program Dates: June 28-July 25
This four-week, three-credit program gives students an opportunity to live, study, and explore Ireland. Students will spend the first two weeks at Notre Dame Kylemore, where they will be immersed in a full cultural and professional development program in the Wild Atlantic Way and the landscape of the West of Ireland, and two weeks in Galway.
Students will take THEO 24874 - Contemplative Ecology. This theology course is an exploration of the possibilities for fleshing out Pope Francis's call for ecological conversion and ecological spirituality.
The program includes extensive outdoor activities such as hill walking, hiking, sailing, and cycling.
