Capturing the experience abroad: The 2018 photo and video contest winners

Notre Dame International’s study abroad team is pleased to announce the winners of the 2018 photo and video contest. This year, more than 350 photos were submitted, along with 16 videos.

Every year, students are encouraged to submit photos and videos for a cash prize, sharing their study abroad experiences and stories through engaging photos and videos. It’s an opportunity to inspire prospective applicants to study abroad and provide the Notre Dame community with a glimpse into the experience abroad.

The 2018 winners include:

Second place: Britlyn Barnes, Indonesia
Third place: Kathryn McCarthy, Portugal 
Honorable mentions:  Taylor Folwell, Inner Mongolia, China and Katie Smith, Jordan

First place: Olivia Zyniewicz, Puebla
