IEW Event: Workshop: Introduction to Pranayama

Notre Dame students, faculty and staff are invited to join Mr. Dhiraj Mehra ‘96, Director of Notre Dame Mumbai Global Center for an introductory practice session of pranayama, a technique of breath control in yoga. Benefits of practicing pranayama may include stress relief and improvement of sleep quality. Comfortable clothing is recommended.
