Oxford University is the oldest university in the English speaking world, dating back to the 11th century. Oxford comprises more than 30 different colleges, self-governing units that each offer a full curriculum of programs for undergraduate study and serve as an academic community. Notre Dame students may study at either New College or Oriel College.
While at Oxford, students pursue study of a single subject area in depth through Oxford’s renowned tutorial system. This program is best suited for students who are highly independent, academically motivated and passionate about their chosen subject area. Students must commit to attend the full academic year at Oxford.
